Jaffa Crvenka and Banini each combine tradition,

Founded in Crvenka, Serbia in
1975, Jaffa Crvenka is one of the
West Balkans’ largest confectionery
manufacturers, best known for its iconic
Jaffa Cakes. Since joining Kappa Star Group
in 2004, Jaffa has expanded into over 30 markets
with a portfolio of high-quality biscuits, cakes, and
snacks produced to the highest international standards.

32% minority stake in Kraš in 2020.
