Within our Food division, we bring together some
of the most beloved confectionery brands in Southeast
Europe. Jaffa Crvenka and Banini each combine tradition,
quality, and consumer trust, delivering products that are part
of everyday life across generations.
Our food brands
Founded in Crvenka, Serbia in 1975,
Jaffa Crvenka is one of the West Balkans’
largest confectionery manufacturers, best
known for its iconic Jaffa Cakes. Since joining
Kappa Star Group in 2004, Jaffa has expanded
into over 30 markets with a portfolio of high-quality
biscuits, cakes, and snacks produced to the highest
international standards.
Established in Kikinda in 1985, Banini is recognized
for its “homemade-style” biscuit brands like Noblice and
Domaćica, as well as salty snack brand Trik. It became part
of Kappa Star Group in 2017, enabling further investment in
technology and production capacity to meet growing regional demand.
Further divison development
As part of its long-term growth
strategy in confectionery, Kappa Star
Group acquired a 32% minority stake in
Kraš in 2020.
Founded in Zagreb in 1911, Kraš is a regional
leader in the production of chocolate, biscuits,
and confectionery.
